Orders & Production
How long does it take to dispatch my jewelry?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed (Monday–Saturday). Bespoke hand-engraved pieces require 3–5 business days for artisanal engraving and quality inspection in our studio prior to dispatch.
What is the production time for Artful Living home accents?
Our Artful Living textiles and canvas wall art are produced via our archival printing partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship, and what are the shipping rates?
We offer worldwide delivery across 26 core international countries and regions. We provide Free International Shipping on all orders of $140 USD or more. For orders under $140 USD, a flat tracked air courier rate of $8.90 USD applies.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
Orders are dispatched on standard international commercial terms (Delivered Duty Unpaid — DDU). For our patrons in the United States, orders under $800 USD typically enter duty-free under the Section 321 de minimis threshold. For other international destinations, any local import duties, VAT, or clearance fees assessed by local customs authorities upon arrival remain the responsibility of the recipient.
How long will international delivery take?
Once dispatched, standard international air courier transit typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your destination. A live tracking link is emailed automatically the moment your parcel leaves our studio.
Returns, Exchanges & Bespoke Engraving
What is your return policy?
We welcome returns on standard, unworn jewelry items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at contact@jftmuse.com.
Can customized or hand-engraved items be returned?
Because bespoke hand-engraved pieces are permanently personalized specifically for you, they are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a rare craftsmanship defect.
Materials & Authenticity
What materials does JFT MUSE use?
Our core fine jewelry is shaped from certified S925 sterling silver, finished with warm 18K gold or mirror platinum plating, and paired with genuine freshwater cultured pearls or natural gemstones. Selected architectural pieces in our VERA line are cast in premium eco-brass with heavy platinum plating.
