- Fine Jewelry: Each 925 sterling silver piece is handcrafted made-to-order in our studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for artisanal crafting before dispatch.
- Artful Living: Our printed living textiles and home accents are fulfilled via our printing partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for archival printing and production.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Domestic (China): Flat rate of ¥15 CNY via standard express (1–3 business days after dispatch). Complimentary free shipping on eligible orders.
- International (28 Supported Regions): Flat rate of ¥60 CNY via standard air courier (7–15 business days). Complimentary free shipping on eligible orders.
